Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is the cornerstone of molecular diagnostic technology. After nearly 40 years of development, PCR technology has made great progress in all dimensions. However, insufficient detection information throughput is still a pain point that plagues the development of PCR. With the continuous improvement of clinical understanding of diseases, how to efficiently and quickly obtain the growing amount of information in samples to solve new clinical problems is an important challenge faced by the next generation of PCR technology innovation.

 

In order to solve this problem, Pregene Biotech reviewed and deconstructed the most basic elements of PCR technology based on first principles. Through the iteration and optimization of the underlying components, it achieved a comprehensive upgrade from reaction reagents to detection systems, and innovatively developed A new generation technology platform that improves the amount of PCR detection information:  NeoHiT® PCR technology platform.

NeoHiT® PCR
Solution

The overall solution for NeoHiT® PCR is mainly composed of two core technologies, namely the fluorescent coding reagent system and the  NeoHiT® PCR instrument system. The  NeoHiT® PCR instrument system can be divided into High-throughput PCR hardware platform and  NeoHiT® PCR Algorithmic solution. These core technology modules correspond to the three basic elements of molecular diagnosis: molecular amplification, signal detection and data analysis. Pregene Biotech has optimized and upgraded each basic element.

Fluorescence coded reagent system
Combining super multiplex amplification technology and fluorescence coding technology, hundreds of thousands of sites can be amplified simultaneously and accurately and stably in a single reaction system and give distinguishable signals.
NeoHiT® PCR hardware platform
On the basis of absolute quantification and sensitive detection, the multiple signal detection capability has been further upgraded, which can simultaneously collect multi-color and multi-level droplet signals to meet the requirements of High-throughput signal, High-throughput sample, and High-throughput clinical application need.
NeoHiT® PCR algorithm solution
In order to effectively distinguish hundreds or thousands of different amplification signals, the NeoHiT® PCR algorithm solution can automatically decode and analyze the fluorescence-encoded data, and theoretically can effectively distinguish up to tens of thousands of different signals.
